The 2016 National Angora Trophy Show and Sale (NATS) is the largest Angora goat and mohair show in Australia, it will be held by NSW Division of Mohair Australia in the Peden Pavilion a the Goulburn Showground.
This event showcases the best Angora goats in Australia with about 150 animals and 80 fleeces competing for the Supreme Champion Angora and Supreme Mohair fleece.
Exhibitors travel from South Australia, Victoria, Queensland and NSW. Mr Sagrys Slabbert from South Africa will be the judge for Mohair fleeces and Stud animals. Sagrys comes from a mohair farm in the Jansenville District which he still farms with his family. He will be joined by Ms Jenna Maytom as the Associate Judge for Mohair fleeces and Stud animals.
