Lowes Mount Truffiere offer the opportunity to discover what happens in the truffle industry in a small group of 14 people. Walk through the truffiere, watch the dogs enjoy their work, smell the richness of ripe, fresh truffle in the ground and come back to the truffle shed for an explanation of the grading system. See how to use truffle and choose one to share with their truffle tasting plates.
